We are a family owned and opereated company who really didn't do any marketing other than a very basic website. We are well known in our valley so most of our work came from repeat customers and word of mouth. Since working with Bob and his amazing team, our visibility has grown significantly. Our Dock Receiving side of the business is booming and I now have the pleasure of not only reaching but working with Interior Designers from all over the United States. Marketers for Movers provides monthly meetings (with many options to fit my busy schedule) to review our websites performance, provide information regarding Google updates and what needs to be done to ensure we stay on top for visibility, their team handles our social media, and produces videos for our site. When I have special requests to add or remove items from the site, their team is always very communicative, fast, and efficient. The services they provide have truly made a difference for our team. My husband was swindled by this company into believing that they would build him the "Ferrari of…read morewebsites" (their words). Honesty, he would have been happy with a website that works. They have nickel and dimed him throughout the entire process. After an initial quote of $20k he's had up-charges for even the most basic functions that were functional on his previous site. Every issue can be fixed, just give us more $money$... but it's never fixed. Now that he is $40k in the hole, the website continues to malfunction, doesn't work on the weekends (and neither does trademark!) and has lost him tens of thousands of dollars in sales, frustrated his customers and soiled his reputation. The trademark team continues to turnover employees and give empty canned answers. The most recent answer was to provide a form for his costumers to list all of the issues they're having! If you are a small business owner you work hard, around the clock, to build your business. These people DO NOT care. My husband has endured so much painstaking stress, lack of sleep and loss of business as they rake his finances and reputation through the coals. They are not capable of building a commerce website. They will lie to get your business but in reality they do not guarantee that anything will work... and it won't! If it crashes on a weekend (and it will, frequently!)- you are out of luck. Please save yourself and your business the heartache. Do not trust them and do not waste your money. Steer clear of trademark productions.

Danielle at Trademark was a huge help with regards to figuring out what the underlying problem was and how to resolve the issue. Apparently, Facebook had ear-marked by account and turned it into a "grey account". This status is for pages they believe may be possibly fake -- although my page was legitimate. They must have rebranded, because their current logo looks different than the business card and website, so I hope this is the right place. I also worked with a person named Chris. I didn't know he was the CEO at first, because he seemed so casual. Boy, he is definitely the CEO and then some! He runs the team, but also knows every aspect and can walk me through every step.
