Super chic bakery right on the corner. Nice garden patio to sit at while you enjoy. Their desserts and breakfast pastries are delicious as are their coffees. It is a great spot to go for breakfast and get the deal (an assortment for a set price). Good fruit and yogurt as well as quiche. The presentation is immaculate and beautiful. I was told Brasília couldn't offer me a ton of options when looking for a good spot to work for a few hours. Thankfully, I found Daniel Briand, a quiet little Parisian inspired café. I arrived in the morning to find a few filled tables with ladies chatting and laughing and wifi that got off to strong start. Later, the wifi died. Sad trombone. So, while it may not be the best option to work, it does offer a pleasant ambiance. If you're after a cup of coffee and a pastry, it's a delightful little spot and I loved the fact that you could enjoy your morning brew at one of their shaded outdoor tables. Even on the hot day that I visited, I felt totally comfortable sitting outside. read more

Delicious food options. Great outdoor setting. Always tonnes of people which is the sign of a popular cafe. We have enjoyed the quiche Lorraine and the croque madame and enjoyed both. The French pastries are delicious and we will definitely be going back. read more
