I'm young and taxes are pretty much a foreign language to me. Michael helped explain them all to me in the simplest way possible, and he was able to amend 3 years worth of taxes, basically pick up where I left off and explain to me what my next steps were. He even gave me instructions for all my amended returns in the easiest steps for a process I had never done before. Michael was extremely patient and easy to contact when I needed help outside of his office. He provided me with status updates and was able to meet on my time to go over the final stages. I highly recommend Michael and his business if you need your taxes done, from the smallest of returns to my sort of problem--where you don't know what you're doing.
