We were already under contract with a contingency, and informed him we would not take any offers with contingencies. He showed up to our house unannouced with his clients when we were not home, called us and made it sound like our fault! Then he promptly rescheduled for the following day, AND WAS A NO SHOW! He is not serious, and suspect he did this to waste our time. We have a 9 week old infant, and cleaning the house for multiple showings is hard work. I will personally make sure he does not get business in this town. I will not sell my house to any of his clients, nor deal with anyone from his agency.
