The next couple of projects were patios/ stamped concrete/ pergola/ irrigation. Landon spearheaded the work and brought in capable to excellent sub-contractors for concrete and irrigation. Then him and his team completed the construction of the pergola. I will continue to use and recommend Landon for any work.

He spent a total of 15 minutes at my place and that's the last time we ever saw him. He did not provide the needed equipment to build our barn. We had to rent the skid steer to drill the post holes and to hang the trusses for a crew he had just subcontracted but claimed were his own employees. Landon did NOT understand the correct way to build a pole barn or to even install the purlins correctly. I had to actually explain to him how this was done. Landon did not take the time to inventory the materials that were staked nearly 15 yards from the build site of our 30x50x12 basic pole barn. When I asked Landon if he planned on hanging the front 10x10 sliding door on our barn as contracted, he responded by getting confused about what job I was talking about and tried to charge us almost $3000 to finish the wood door and hang it. He said there was all the framing and metal tracking to be done.. he was confused... all the tracking and frame was already installed.... They just didn't build the door.. the crew actually used the wood ordered and onsite for the door to build a boom on the skid steer to lift the heavy 30ft trusses on top of the framing. We repurchased the wood that was wasted but Landon still refused to build the sliding door.. Landon was not on the job site, he did not supervise the 1099 crew he sent over here without the proper equipment to do the job. I literally took off work and supervised them and answered there questions. Landon quoted one price.. and then tried to add $1000 at the last minute for no reason. We met or exceeded all the provisions in the contract and expedited the job in faster manner because WE provided the crew with the equipment they needed.. Landon said the crew could just dig all the holes by hand and hand the 30ft trusses up by hand. Our insurance company didn't agree. Landon just doesn't give a crap about his subcontractors or their safety as he doesn't have to insure them. If anything would have happened, guess who would have held responsible?? Landon has the personality of a rock and is only concerned about your money. He didn't even come do a final walk through to make sure the barn was built correctly and completely finished. He demanded his money immediately the same day the crew was suppose to be finished and has pressured us ever since. He has made up ridiculously absurd excuses for his excess charge and failure to complete the project and build and hand the sliding door. I would stay away from this guy and whatever he is calling his company today. He does not communicate very well at all, he is not detail oriented and seems to conveniently forget important things. He walked our job and left it incomplete but is trying to charge us more. He was rude and condescending to my wife and regarded her as someone he could lie to and easily confuse with his gaslighting.. Not! She works for Toll Brothers Builders here in Colorado Springs as a Senior Sales Manager and works with construction crews everyday. Landon doesn't give a crap ... he just wants your money... and then more of your money.... After he fails to complete your job. Labdon is very litigious and threatens to sue at the drop of a hat. He feels entitled your YOUR money. Landon has sued us in court for his failure to complete the project and then added a ridiculous amount for his damages. This guy is a Player and a leatch..
