Our daughter thrived academically and loved the ability to move about the classrooms to complete her work in different settings. I immediately googled math tutoring, called Mathnasium and they set her up with a free first session. She was so happy when she was finished so I signed her up. Eight months later I now have a child that has confidence in math. The owner, Shamiran communicates with her math teacher so they are on the same page during the year. The tutors are patient and always ask her about what is going on in her life to make her feel special and cared about. She loves the rewards that she can choose from as well. A great incentive for putting in the work. Scheduling is easy and they work with you if you need to reschedule an appointment. Her teacher gave her an award at the end of the year for the highest test scores in her class. She speaks up when questions are asked and she is always asking me at random to give her hard math questions. Mathnasium saved our year and breathed new energy into a little girl that was feeling defeated. We do most days virtually and one day in person. I was told by the lady who was there that she couldn't give me any info but would have someone call me to follow up. I was contacted but only via text message. Was scheduled for an appointment but the lady who scheduled the appointment booked another appointment at the same time. Only because I followed up with them on the day of the appointment I was able to find out I didn't actually have an appointment. Mind you this was all through text messages because the person managing / running this location feels this is an appropriate way to do business..... communication with your customers / potential customers is vital.
