The second application I receive no phone call or notice that they were coming out. However I had just had surveillance cameras installed a couple days prior and guess what? Exactly, I saw an incomplete job. I was able to catch him before he left though and asked him why he didn't treat the north side of my property; his response was; "oh I didn't know this was your yard" seriously? my driveway is located on the northside, my fence line clearly indicates it's on my side.... So he treated it before he left. So, today I called the office and explained what happened; however I was abruptly TOLD by Trugreen's "Customer Service Representative:" Shaneekwa that I only paid 50% so...... So what? She again with a raised voice said YOU ONLY PAID 50%. I'm sure you'll agree that there is absolutely NO REASONING with someone as ignorant as that, so I told her that I'll do it myself and hung up. My recommendation to anyone that wants to utilize Trugreens services is to make sure you're there when they "apply treatment" or at least have surveillance cameras and when you call to complain, and you will... make sure you get a supervisor right away, save some time.
