I started going to him for my severe neck/shoulder/upper back pain 2 years ago and I continue to see him if/when the pain resurfaces (usually triggered by stress). He was thorough from the get-go in determining the exact location and cause of my pain, and not only did he treat the pain but we developed a long-term strategy with specific exercises to strengthen the muscles in my neck and upper back! How many chiropractors do you know that actually want to heal you so you don't return? :) After "trying" a different chiropractor near my home (who didn't help and actually CAUSED more aggravated pain!), I realized that Dr. Yousefi's method is actually very cautious, targeted, and less-aggressive than some other chiropractors. None comes near the caliber and care that I found at NDGait. Nicole is a miracle worker. I came to her with a dispaced sacro-illiac joint, compressed ribs, and oodles of other related issues. With knowledge, expertise and humor she sorted out all the problems with compassion. Her practice is one on one so her time was dedicated to helping me regain movement.
