My family had Dj Mo-T (Asad) for my sister's wedding 10 years ago, so we knew exactly who we wanted as our entertainment team for my wedding this year. Asad went above and beyond! From the DJ emcee services, to the uplighting around the room, to digital screens on our DJ table at the wedding, the indoor sparklers, dance floor lighting, everything was INCREDIBLE! Asad worked with my coordinator, Mariam from Elan Weddings (@elan.weddings) and my sisters to coordinate a surprise from MICKEY SINGH for my wedding. Coordinating with an entirely different entertainment team for a performer is no easy task, but Asad was able to do it all without any issues! Given Asad's experience working with top A-list performers in the past, Asad was the perfect person to help coordinate this performance. Asad's team also included a Dholwala who was spectacular at all of the events! The feedback we received from all of our guests was "the DJ was AMAZING!!!" The playlist at the Mehndi and Shaadi kept open dance floor going for 3 hours both nights!! We had SO much fun at our wedding events all thanks to Asad's incredible team!!! I HATE taking pictures, so it was important to me to find a photographer who could guide us on angles, how to pose, etc. Laning Photography went above and beyond what I could have imagined!! First off, Hannah is such a warm and kind soul. She truly listened to me and what I was envisioning and made sure it happened. I could not believe how responsive she was via email, even during the craziest wedding season yet with COVID postponed weddings. She even gave me advice on what to wear for our engagement photo session! And not only that, she gave me the coat off of her back... LITERALLY. We changed outfits for a downtown Dallas shoot, and it was extremely windy. She took off her peacoat and told me to wear it and the pictures looked EPIC! They ended up being our favorite pictures! That's how much she cares. And Nick is such a fun, creative person. He had us laughing the entire time. His creativity and really cool ideas gave our albums the mood and vibe we were looking for. For people who don't feel like we are photogenic, he made us look like we knew exactly how to pose, smile, etc.! He really captured a lot of candid, intimate moments between me and my fiance too, and these pictures are something we will cherish for a lifetime. If you are looking for 2 photographers who will keep you from worrying about a single thing while making you look incredible, these two are it! They seriously set THE standard for the album of your dreams. UPDATE: we had our wedding and these two were PERFECT once again! They made us feel so comfortable and helped us get pictures that I will cherish for a lifetime. When I saw our sneak peak, I started crying. I really struggle with body image issues and having my picture taken. I felt so beautiful and felt like they captured all of the emotions we were feeling that day! They seriously helped make my wedding pictures look like they came out of a magazine. They were some of the kindest and warmest souls we have ever met, and Nick had us laughing the entire day!! He know exactly what to shoot and when to shoot it. Yes, they had a schedule of when all the photos would be taken, but his ability to see an impromptu shot is what really makes Laning Photography stand out. He has the "eye" and he photos truly show it. He delivered a DVD with all our photos (we didn't order frames or prints) within 3 weeks. Nick's prices were very fair for the service he offers -- I'l definitely be using him again in the future!
