Danny and his guys came to my shop, and our home, for our convenience. It was like we owned his place and not him. He started with my M4, and then we had him do our 2016 Audi SQ7. Highly recommend. I recently bought an older truck which I needed to have cleaned up by professional. Given it was older I wasn't trying to spend an arm and a leg but wanted quality. That's what I received with Danny and his team. I messaged them on Monday and they responded right away, scheduled a day and time and communicated with me the whole time. They showed up on time and were very professional and just nice guys. I felt good leaving my car with them after I showed them the truck. When I got the car back it was hot outside so I didn't check everything as much as could have. When I got home I noticed what I thought was stains on the seat, stains that were not there before. I messaged Danny and he personally and a couple other guys came back another day to not only remove it but explain to me what it was. It was not dirt but rather stains rising as part of the process. Previous owner also had gum stuck to the seatbelt strap which they were able to remove. I am extremely happy with my car and the sense of clean in a car that's 10+ years old is priceless. I will recommend them to friends and family and continue to use them moving forward myself. Services received: full exterior/interior detail, headlight restoration. I left my car outside for a couple weeks and the sprinklers attacked. Water spots throughout the front end of the car. Took the car to the car wash and it didn't help. Hood, grill and front lights still had spots. Saw the good reviews on Yelp for Danny's Mobile and decided to hire his services. All in all the 3 guys that showed up did a great job detailing inside and out. It took them about 3 hours, they were professional in doing the job. NO MORE SPOTS!!! I would have given 5 stars if there were more options to pay. Went to the bank to get cash to make payment and also no receipt. Created my own and had employee sign to verify I paid. What an awful experience. The workmanship is below subpar. Post detail, there was wax caked on door handles, in between grooves of panels, door sills, etc. You name it, there was excess wax everywhere. Worst of all, they damaged the dash LCD screen. I called Danny to address the issue. Danny came on-site, I pointed out all the issues including the screen and he proceeded to say it was my word against theirs...to which I was appalled. Danny said that "I look like the type that would try and get out of paying". He basically said that unless I have proof that I can't prove the damage was done as a result of their work, he would do nothing about it. Although I have photos of pre-work, at that point I was done, I paid Danny the $125 per car and gave a tip of $50, and asked them to leave. I would highly advise NOT to engage with any type of business with Danny. If I could give negative stars I would. My advice, stay away from this business!!!! I will also be filling complaints with the Better Business Bureau and Chamber of Commerce. read more

I called to make a change to my appointment, he told me I was "switching up on him" because he was supposedly giving me a discount of $40. I told him I wasn't aware he had given me a discount but I was willing to keep the appointment the same without any changes, and he told me "never mind it's cancelled" and hung up on me. I'm sure other people will do a way better job anyways because if you can't be professional, there's no way you'll be a successful business owner. read more

The woman (claimed Marcus, another employee) stole my card wallet containing my personal information. Danny does not take responsibility for his employees and insists he does not know anything. His employee Marcus called to say he was on his way to retrieve my belongings and would be to me within the hour. It has been 3 hours. Marcus' phone is now turned off! Not only did their employees leave trash all over my property when they came to clean my cars but they also left swirls on my cars and they ruined the new paint job on one of my cars. Their workers broke the door handle on another car and they are not insured. We found out when one of the employees was driving the van even though he was not suppose to be! He hit the car of one of my guests cars. And not only did they have to pay to fix her car they didn't do it correctly. I highly recommend you stay away from this car wash service! I recently had this place come to my job and wash my Audi. I warned them about the wrap on my car and asked for a hand wash. The employees used the high pressure washer and damaged my hood and grill of my car. I have been nothing but nice and respectful to the owner, Danny, when speaking to him about handling the damages. He refuses to take responsibility even after his employees came back to see the car and agreed it was their washer that caused damage to my hood. I have reached out to him on multiple occasions and he will not speak to me. I have been asking for his business information and he also refuses to give this to me and has even went as far as blocking my number. If I could give this guy no stars I would. Safe yourself the trouble and don't waste a cent on this mans service. I am filing a claim against him for the damages to my car.
