When we went to ask, the doctor said it was due to the jaw. I proved it wasn't the jaw, so the doctor switched to saying it was the teeth. I showed him that before the braces, my children's teeth weren't like that, but the doctor blamed it on the fact that they had suggested extracting teeth earlier. I told him that he had said he would see if it was impossible to do it, and if not, he wouldn't. That's the dentist's job; he knows what should and shouldn't be done. He's still ignoring it and hasn't made any adjustments. After the braces, their teeth look worse than before. The worst part is that I had both of them treated at the same time.

It was a seamless transition. I am so Grateful ! In my lifetime I had four sets of braces, I seen many of dentist offices and orthodontist offices, but this one is top-notch second to none. They even have freaking massage chairs in their lounge, waiting area Lol. Where do you see that type of customer service. In 2021 I have fainted and fractured my jaw! So the key is to stick to speaking to the staff, not whoever their calls get transferred to. Tip: when their call center answers the phone, ask them to transfer you directly to the staff in Tracy. I don't waste my time speaking to anyone that picks up from their call center. Don't let them try to talk you out of it, keep requesting to get transferred.

The staff hates their jobs as they are rude and can only make appointments. Management cannot submit a simple insurance claim for a kids braces. My daughter took x-rays twice, impressions twice and both times the insurance company sent me a letter stating the claim was submitted incomplete by Western Dental. What a complete let down! They bill for as many services possible to the insurance company such as X-rays without delivering the end product to their patients. Great business model where you bill, bill, bill and give your customers nothing. A total scam!!!! Fast forward to the appointment... i checked in, filled out paperwork and waiting about 8 minutes to get taken back to my room and get X-rays. The doctor came in about 15 min later after my X-rays were taken, she got delayed with another patients procedure, which is totally understandable, front desk and assistants came in to inform me of delays so I appreciate that!
