The package is now in their care and responsibility. The address did not match the center and was to be returned to the sender. No one knows what happened to the letter since FedEx was not notified to pick up to return, the USPS has no idea The store does not know what they did with it once they determoined it should be rfeturned. They lost it in their own facility. Monetary dmages, documents which can not be replaced, identiy theft reports and much more due to incompentence.
