We went on the UTV vineyard tour at Danza del Sol and had a wonderful time. Our host Dave was incredibly friendly, and he made it interesting and fun...and made sure our glasses were always full. We must have tried at least 10 wines of which we enjoyed almost all... especially the Sauvignon Blanc, Sangiovese, and Grenache. The vineyard is beautiful, with rolling hills and nearby horse rescue. Speaking of which, Dave brought along some carrots so we could stop and feed the sweet horses. Definitely a highlight. The ride is about 45 minutes and you taste a few different white wines out in different parts of the vineyard. Then you go back to the tasting room (Dave had a reserved table waiting for us outside) and try red wines with a small plate of charcuterie. They provide information on their wine club membership but there was no hard sell. It was a pretty great afternoon. read more

Stopped in for a UTV Guided Vineyard tour at this wonderful vineyard. Our tour guide, Dave, was amazing. He was very knowledgeable about the varieties of grapes and the different flavor notes some experienced when sampling certain wines. Additionally, Dave was able to provide some regional history about the vineyards of the Temecula Valley, as well as an extensive history about the Danza Del Sol Winery. There is a great photo opportunity during the tour, as well as interacting with horses that are in stables along the tour route. At the halfway point, the tour transitions back to the member clubhouse, which has an amazing patio with an excellent view of the vineyards. I would definitely recommend this winery and the tour. Dave made the experience even better. We will be back! read more

I don't have much to compare it to, but wine tasting at Danza del Sol Winery did it right! Upon arriving, we were greeted by our tour guide, Ben, who was absolutely amazing! He started off our tour by pouring some us a nice glass of sparkling wine! Omg! So good! It was my absolute favorite! So much so, that I ended up coming home with 3 bottles of it. Then he took us out to the UTV and away we went! The ride was smooth and very relaxing! We made little pit stops throughout the vineyards, which allowed Ben to fill our glass! He was very knowledgeable and taught us a thing or two. He even offered to be our photographer and took some really nice photos of my family and I. The tour also included a stop at the distillery which was very interesting. After our 1 tour, we went back to the wine room where we got more wine and a little charcuterie board. It was all so delicious. Walter, the manager, made his way to our table to check in and make sure we were being well taken care of. Every employee there was warm and welcoming. We had such a great afternoon at Danza del Sol Winery! We decided to upgrade our visit and do the Grapes and Gears UTV tour, and it was totally worth it. I love Danza! I've been several times and was super surprised to find I enjoyed some of the white wines because I am strictly a red wine girl. Walter introduced me to so many delicious wines and I ended up getting to meet Justin the winemaker as well. What a fun experience. He had recommended the Super Tuscany which is my super favorite. Danza del Sol stands out for their customer service and friendly vibe. They give nice sized pours and my friends and fam have enjoyed visiting the tasting room. Although we are members, we usually go the main room to socialize (and enjoy the cool A/C). In the fall, it is pretty nice to sit outside. On the weekends they usually have live music and a food truck. I like the majority of their whites (esp the chardonnay and albarino). Danza's wine makers love what they do and it shows. They have a good IG feed and email updates regularly about the winery. If you have time for a tour or a blending class, try one! I like how they change up their offerings. Right now, they have a new dry muscat. Check out their events and collaborations with local restaurants and wineries. Saturday, August 3, 2024: After Briar Rose, we headed here where my friend is a member. We arrived a little late as it was half an hour to closing. Thankfully we didn't have to pay for a wine tasting. I was already buzzed (I know, I'm a lightweight!) so opted for just one glass. I can't recall which wine but I know I enjoyed it! The tasting room and the grounds are nicely laid out. Upon entering, it's brightly lit and inviting. You first walk past some displays with an array of cute items for sale. The shopper in me could not resist looking! The place was crowded but we were able to find an open space at the bar where we warmly greeted by Ben. My friend ordered and we got our glasses straight away. My wine was very refreshing with notes of peach? It was fruity and not too sweet, just perfect. It's a nice winery where we later retreated to the outdoor patio area with ceiling fan and cooling misters. We were still enjoying our wine when they closed. Thankfully they didn't tell us to leave since there other people sitting in the patio. Outdoors was serene and relaxing. Looking forward to returning here. read more
