I had gone to Eli Blair because I needed some work finished on a website that was left stranded. I had spoken with one of the associates named John, and since my job needed more of a developer (I already had logo and design done) to finish up loose ends, I was referred to another company. John listened to me and helped me get in contact with a company that was absolutely fantastic. Before talking to John, I was stressed out and worried about getting my site up in time (about two weeks out!), and he was able to give me some peace - he helped me feel like I was not alone in what would seem like a disastrous position for a new business owner. He responded quickly to my email with a referral and even CHECKED UP on me a few days later to see how I was doing! From the the time I submitted an email to get a quote, up till when our logo package was submitted to us - Daor Design, was nothing but helpful, prompt, organized, and the team was very communicative. Colin had helped us out throughout our whole process, and was extremely lovely to work with. They came back with two concepts after listening to what we were looking for with our new logo - and both were perfect! They were very open to proposing different color schemas to match our taste, as well as including .jpg, .png file types of our logo, along with our color scheme swatches, and PDFs of a design we liked. As far as pricing goes, they're pricing is AMAZING compared to many other graphic designers we had talked to in the bay area; what the pricing included, with the amount of service we received was much more than expected. I worked mostly with Lloyd, and he was very patient with all my twists and turns. I kept asking them to try this....try that ... no I want this. Lloyd's response was always "no problem." I must have driven him crazy, but there was never any indication of that. Yes, it took a bit longer than I expected, and cost more than I expected, but that mostly because of my back-and-forth indecision.
