I battled with turning around and picking my dogs up immediately. Told myself I was overreacting but after reading other reviews and doing my own research, many others have had the same experience. He has a horrible attitude problem - caught him rolling his eyes to fellow employees at my puppy bc she was crying when we first walked in. His dog barked in my dogs face and he said my puppy came on too strong. Aggressively ordered me to change seats. I tried being relatable to him and made a comment about his dogs (I had the same when I was younger) and he rolled his eyes and acted like it was the dumbest thing he's ever heard and I was wasting his time. He is very condescending and rude- probably should be nowhere near customer service. Something felt very cold and off about him and I have to go with my gut and keep him away from my dogs! We will not be returning. The establishment itself is well kept and clean. My dogs appeared to have had a great time via Instagram - just wish they had a kinder person working the front desk! I said it's nice to be able to see your dog and he said "no, not really " He was so smug Other highly reputable daycare's provide owners with this sense of security so I don't think it was moronic of me to ask if this daycare had it. It most certainly is nice and appreciated to be able to check in and see that your dog is having fun and not being mistreated. Because as horrible as it is there are places out there that mistreat the dogs they are supposed to be taking care of. Also he tried to push his belief in using negative reinforcement for dog training after reading that I only use positive reinforcement. Not cool I'm asking you to give my dog a safe place to play NOT asking for training advice! This is why I did not allow our boy to stay there for day care Definitely not the right fit for him

When I dropped my dog off she took a lot of time discussing the issues with my pup. We sat out front for at least an hour discussing the issues and what my pup would learn during this 30 day training period. I explained to her my worries and the things I wanted my pup to learn. She gave me a sheet with the basic commands my pup would know after the 30 days and said my pup would be a new dog! Well... my pup walks pretty good on a leash now. That I can say is a great thing. However this is all my pup can do. None of the other things listed on the list have been learned. None! I am very disappointed with this training. My pup use to love his crate. Now he absolutely hates it. Which leads me to believe he was crated way too much. I feel like the $ and the 30 days without our pup was not worth it at all!! I do not recommend this place or will I be using them again. Don't waste your time and money!
