I got a lot of solid advice on the different types of jewelry and the process. Really friendly and knowledgeable staff :) The process itself went very smoothly - I chose a smaller rose gold horseshoe, and I was in and out in 25 minutes. The best part is that, after it healed up, I realized the ring was too small to flip up (to hide it). I came back in expecting to have to buy a new ring and change it out, but they were able to open up the existing ring - for free! Anytime I need to get anything done in the future, I'll definitely be coming back here.

I went to the ATM and went back to the tattoo shop to pay the 500 DKK, for which I asked for a normal receipt - they told me not to worry, that it had already been sent via email. I found out later that the receipt received via email had a service of 0 DKK despite having paid 500 DKK, having the proof of my trajectory from the shop to the ATM, and back to the shop again. I replied back to the email asking them to kindly rectify the error, and ever since, no response and just silence. Unfortunately I was in Copenhagen only for a couple of days which made it difficult to go back to the shop , but this act revealed to me an unfortunate lack of morality and ethics, which I expected from such known tattoo shop.
