I must say it was an amazing and comfortable ride. We had enough legroom, snacks and cool drinks. Her black Denali was nothing short of luxury. It had a built in cooler and every time I stepped out of the vehicle, there was an extended step for me that extended itself. Her vehicle is also great for business because it also offered wifi and hotspot. This was very helpful to me since, I lost reception. We would for sure use her service again. I experienced deceptive practices regarding pricing. I called and was quoted a price for which I…read morereceived a written confirmation. Later, they called to say they gave me the wrong price and were increasing it by 25%. Also included in the confirmation was a hidden fee for late night flights which was not disclosed despite my flight scheduled for near the time cut off. This would be an additional 25-30%. They refused to honor the quoted price and did not care about retaining me as a customer. I suggest using a more reputable company.
