Darren came to my condo yesterday to replace a main lock and a dead bolt which had been installed so badly that it was just about to fall out! The scammer who did that job three years ago had really made a mess and of course, was nowhere to be found after the installation! Basically, the plate had been screwed into a big hole and I was unable to use it as I was afraid to get locked out.
