I was told they were excellent . The repairman they sent was a very professional nice young man named Joel . He knew exactly how to fix my cooler , and he was very informative . I truly was impressed. They told me upfront that I would have to pay the bill right away since I was a first time customer , and I was fine with that . The bill was very reasonable and Joel explained it all to me very clearly , and I was fine with that also. They were very fast to send the repairman to me and and I was very happy with that . What I wasn't happy with was the lady answering the phone. She was very loud ,very rude , and talked to me like I was a child. She talked over me when I talked , and cut me off over and over . I almost hung up on her , but I didn't because I needed my cooler fixed and I didn't know who else to call . This person , I think her name is Keri or Teri ruined what was a very good experience . I strongly recommend having Joel the repairman , but if you call there and get this Keri person answering the phone , I would suggest you ask for someone else or hang up . Becky

It's great to be able to connect to a business via text, as we were able to converse about a convenient time and she was expecting my call. She was helpful, knowledgeable and passionate about customer service. It was clear that she cared, and quickly walked me through some remote troubleshooting I did while on the phone. In no time at all, she was able to isolate the problem down to a breaker switch that was turned off, and the electrical issue that I thought I was having was resolved. Julie then went on to answer a few of my questions including: explaining some guidelines to look for when considering the purchase of a new appliance, reliable brands, etc. Very informative and patient. Awesome. Overall, what I found most impressive was how she helped me troubleshoot before rolling a service call.
