To take and collect me an hour later, hour before due to leave home call to say return journey cancelled! As doctors to go so daughter in lunch hour came to get me a bus home but then taxi turned up! Thought just a blip how wrong was i! 29th July booked a taxi to take me and a carer shopping and to bring me home 2 hours later which I was looking forward to! Then hour before received phone call to say no taxi available and phone went down no apologies nothing! Not good enough cause I'm disabled don't I matter?
