For a while, we had someone steal our car title and fradulently get a loan on it, so we had to get our agent office to ONLY accept any changes to our policies if the change was accompanied by a photocopy of our driver licenses, and verify the changes by calling us at home, etc. -- and they were happy to go the extra for us.
