If they open both front doors they can hold up to 150 standing. This is a great little venue for a micro wedding or a birthday party or anniversary party, or perhaps a small reunion or retirement event. The owners are very sweet, and the manager of the venue was possibly even sweeter. The decor was done by the previous owner of the location when it was a couture dress shop. There are lots of mirrors which make for interesting photographs, and a nice contrast between dark and light in the decor. The space has good flow for a party and plenty of dance space for a DJ! Definitely add this venue to your list of ones to look at.

Usually at a brand new venue there are a few hiccups caused simply because the staff and facility is so new that no one knows the quirks of the building, but there weren't any pain points or hiccups. The leadership staff was accommodating, friendly and professional. There were so many options of furniture to rent, everything looked beautiful. Great venue and great location! I would have an event there again in a heartbeat.

The venue is clean and very spacious, with an outdoor area, interior prior to entering, and very ample space for the event of your choosing. There is regular and wheelchair accessible parking in front, but a larger parking lot is between Central BBQ and the gate before entering Avon Acres. We also had food. It was catered, but there was an area she had for creating beverages, so I imagine there's an area in the back for food preparation. They have a booth for a DJ and a projector with pull-down screen. There's also lights mounted in different places but I'm not sure how those are controlled as we had to manually turn two of them off during the main dances in order to make sure they didn't blind people. The only real downside is that the restrooms are one stall per gender but they're out of the way and were fully stocked with toilet paper and soap so even that wasn't too bad.
