Then I decided to call them and spent around 30 minutes on the line waiting to connect with a customer service officer, but no one answered. I tried calling again at a different time and had the same experience -- it seemed like no one was available to help. After that, I sent them emails. I emailed them three times but never received any response. Despite this, after one month they tried to deduct another payment from my account. I blocked the payment, but then they sent me a letter saying the payment had declined. Overall, I found their help service extremely poor practically non-existent. Calling, emailing, or chatting with a real customer service representative seemed impossible. Very disappointing with AMAYSIM.
