Pretty terrible customer service. First the rep named David claimed he couldn't honor the price on the website, and was very rude about it. I asked if that false advertisement and he answered "yes". I was surprised. I then agreed to the new terms and introduced him to my client and the guy dropped the ball. Made me look unprofessional to my client and totally lost any credibility for a good operating business. If anyone is determining this operation as a possibility, I highly advise you to move forward with another operation. Something like Data is vital, and the people are unprofessional and treat clients like this, lie about their advertised rates and completely stand up a client; imagine what will happen to the money you invest.
