And then they don't prepare your order! You can't get order status online. And again, they don't pick up the phone ... I had to wait 10 minutes outside and another 15 inside to get my order. So I am not really sure what this place is for. Ordering online and picking up is barely faster than ordering elsewhere and takes far more of your time.

The staff was welcoming and spoke excellent English. The wait was forever but it is first come first served. Even though I had given ALL the information to Apple, I had to tell them everything again :/. They have no access to your support ticket even though you are told to give them thd ticket number. If they are authorized by Apple, why not have them using the same system? All in all, my issue was not resolved and I ended up sending it to Apple a month later.
