I spent hours trying to figure out the difference, realized that they did not include our mortgage interest. When asking them they said that it must not have scanned properly into the system and this happens sometimes... but had I not double checked the work I would have never known this and my family would be out $2,500. They still charged me $200 to file my taxes even though I basically did their job for them and brushed this off as not a big deal. Beware anyone that has their taxes done here, double check their work!!!!
