This is a law office with a rare combination of knowledge, genuine courtesy and competence. We…read morecould not be any more pleased than we are with Mitchel Olson, with whom we worked on our Will/Trust. Office personnel are exceptional, too.

I would not recommend the Law Office of Erika Anderson. When I first reached out for an intake, Ms…read more Anderson did not personally take the call--instead, her assistant handled it. Despite never speaking with me directly, she requested that I provide all of my supporting documentation. After I complied, I was issued a non-engagement letter. What is especially troubling is that I was told only after turning over sensitive information that I needed to secure a "right-to-sue letter" before she would even consider the case. This left me feeling misled and exploited. An attorney has a duty under the Rules of Professional Conduct to communicate directly with prospective clients, avoid conflicts of interest, and safeguard confidential information. The way my matter was handled raises serious questions about professional ethics, confidentiality, and potential misuse of client information. Even after I obtained and submitted the right-to-sue letter, I received yet another non-engagement letter. At no point did Ms. Anderson ever take a call or conduct a formal intake with me. This pattern of behavior felt unprofessional, dismissive, and--frankly--discriminatory. In my opinion, this is not how a reputable attorney should treat potential clients. Proceed with caution if you are considering working with this firm.

Mr…read more Puma and his firm went above and beyond getting not just executor paperwork for us for my brothers estate, but also for the mess of my mothers estate. Thanks to his work, I have Moms estate settled in only a couple month. My brothers is ongoing, but will be done soon. When I needed a more currently dated Letter of Administration for a 401K of my brothers, he promptly got a newly dated one and sent it off to the company with his 401K. My older brother and I are very pleased with the work done at the Puma Law Firm. We heavily recommend Puma to anyone needing estate help.

Dealing with both was a terrible experience even though they both tried to convince me that it wasn't the whole time and I ended up being taken advantage of by people I paid to help me. They care about themselves and their paychecks first, and if your lucky, maybe they'll do something to help encourage fairness and not slip things into paperwork that they talk thru so you can't focus fully while your signing. Terrible experience for me and financially gainful for him and his real estate buddy. He did the very least he could for the most amount possible.

I retained her back in 2015 for about a year of hearings. The best experience, expertise, and…read morereturn on investment I had while I was dealing with a custody case. Let's begin with the cost. First, lawyers are not cheap, it is an investment. I won't give numbers but Erika was very reasonable compared to the competition and the return on investment was well worth the cost. I had fired my previous firm because the other firm was more interested in fleecing than helping. Erika is genuine and really cares. Let's talk results. Okay, if you think about "winning" in a family court case, that might be the wrong outlook. The courts are there for the interests of the children, not your interests or personal vendettas. So with that said, being realistic is very important, and compromising will lead to greater results in both the wallet, kids life, and overall long term satisfaction. Brian was her paralegal at the time and he is simply amazing, super organized, professional, and just a darn good worker. He might come off with high energy, but he is just trying to help you get everything prepared. If you, as the customer, do not come prepared, don't expect magic from crap for information you might have provided. Have your stuff together and do EVERYTHING Brian tells you. You will be more successful! Overall, Erika and Brian were amazing.
