Dattco Bus driver with license plate 59131 A on 2/17/23 at around 6:45AM was beeping at random cars on the highway and recording them with his phone while driving 60+ mph (pretty sure that's illegal). Would never use or recommend this company again. read more

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I wanted to give the company time to resolve the issue before leaving a review, unfortunately they failed to do so. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service provided by DATTCO, specifically Tom Bascetta. I booked an "activity bus" for my Wedding to transport guests from hotel to ceremony, to venue and back to hotel. I was very specific with instructions that were not noted accurately. My ceremony started at 3pm and Tom had the bus show up at 3pm to the hotel to shuttle guests. My wedding was delayed by an hour due to his negligence to details. When I called to discuss the issue he was very rude and asked why I waited so long to call. Well there is this thing called a honeymoon that people go on after they get married. After explaining what had happened he was very defensive and did not take any accountability for his mistake, in short was implying I'm a liar where I requested he called the venue to confirm. Even after contacting the venue he did noting to resolve the issue. In fact continued to be rude. Do not trust them with your big wedding, it's not worth the stress. read more

We ended up not being able to use the company due to a change in plans (we needed to change from a bus to a van, and Dattco's vans were booked up), but we were pleased with the service we received nonetheless. Bus service skipped a hotel at the wedding we attended. That delayed the wedding by 20 minutes. At the end of the night the driver turned a 20 minute trip into a 40 minute trip when two buses got clogged up in one of the hotel parking lots. read more

DO NOT get Dattco. Do not get taken by their slick sales talk, their service is terrible. We hired a 24 passenger bus for taking wedding guests from hotel to venue, a 20 minute ride. We contracted for two trips each way, which was printed on the contract we signed. Day of the wedding, first the driver showed up late and then refused to make the second trip. He had a terrible attitude and refused the trip unless dispatch called him. It's hard to get through to dispatch on a weekend, it took many calls back and forth. Finally they looked at the contract and agreed to call the driver for the second trip. The driver showed up at the hotel an hour later! Meantime he would not pick up his cell, and no answer from the dispatch desk. The entire ceremony was delayed 45 minutes waiting for the bus. They added driver gratuity of $100 up front in the contract, otherwise I would not have given any tip. Do not agree to gratuity in advance. Better still, do not get Dattco and find another service. read more

Rented their 24-person shuttles for a wedding. Everything worked out well. The drivers were nice and the shuttles were clean. It's hard to get through to dispatch to adjust orders so when you're ordering/adjusting plans, make sure to work with Phyllis as she is competent, friendly and extremely helpful. read more

DO NOT BOOK WEDDING TRANSPORTATION THROUGH DATTCO!!! I hired them to provide transportation for my wedding party on their TROLLEY. When they showed up to pick up the groom and his groomsmen there was not a trolley, but an ugly mini white school bus looking thing. We were not notified before pick up time that we were not getting the trolley. The driver didn't even know that we had not been informed and felt horrible (he was a very nice man), but the experience was still terrible. This all happened an hour before the church started. Not only were we not notified that we were not getting the trolley, but the bus they did send was not as large as the trolley and we had a large wedding party that could not all fit in it. Needless to say this was very stressful to deal with directly before the wedding. I was able to call another company and get a stretch limo so that myself and father would not have to pull up to the church in a terrible looking white mini bus that said Dattco all over it. Needless to say this made us about 30 minutes late and cut into our picture time in between the wedding etc. I would never trust Dattco EVER again, especially not on an important day like your wedding when everything should go flawless. The lack of communication was terrible. They did reimburse us, but that was about the only decent thing they did for us. read more
