Being a good attorney Jed does not let any case reach resolution as long as there are billable hours left to invoice. Jed is damn good at his job and his fabrication skills along with the wide variety of untruths he customizes upon their utterance are proprietary services offered by Nixon Law that have been practiced and perfected over the years. He utilizes these skills to benefit himself by pleasing the prosecuting attorneys to whom he owes his job to. A never ending barrage of useless word vomit meant to lend credence to implication he has read your file is another skillset Jed has worked to perfect while his abject fear of exculpatory evidence keeps him from ever opening the case file. Jed prides himself in remaining blissfully ignorant of any facts that could damage the prosecuting attorneys case against his client. I do have to respect the man for needing to drink in order to live with himself though. I have had the privilege of personally experiencing Jed and his never ending quest for billable hours for over three years now and all I can say after everything ive heard, seen and experienced first hand is well i guess all i can say is wow.

I was told I need to set up an appointment and come in. I told her that wouldn't happen because I'm in a different state. Then she said I'll take your number and see if it's a good fit. I asked her how did she know it's going to be a good fit if she doesn't know anything about my case. She didn't seem all that educated in this field. I'm just disappointed that I was treated and judged based on a short conversation that this person had no idea what was going on. And I was referred to him by another attorney.

(but perhaps the move accounted for the first transaction) * Review of court files on support modification at district court o Billed 1.2 @ $300 = $360 / balance -1066.00 * 05/10/16 - Review and draft preliminary letter to client o Billed 0.9 @ $300 = $270 / balance -796.00 * 5/15/16 - File review and draft letter to client o Billed 1.2 @ $300 = $360 / balance -436.00 * 5/26/16 File review and phone conference with client o Billed 1.3 @ $300 = $390 / balance -46 One letter dated 3/17 - two lines. Please call our office, second letter 5/10 one line - with new address stating the moved... Third letter 5/16 stating that they could not amend the order like the said they could. Please advise how to proceeds. The phone conference was literal 10 minutes; I can prove the time through cell phone records. And conversation was left that I will call them back with how to proceed. - All correspondences were mailed to my address. The final bill was sent to my aunt's address that I borrowed the money from. Was shocked when she told me the balance, told her that was impossible - was shocked when she mailed me the bill for my 10 minute phone call which was $490. - Spent $1,500 to have my time wasted and nothing accomplished.
