This is the biggest crook I've ever heard of. Sold my mother a lemon & promised to make it right by sending it to VW dealer, but instead sent it to Frankins. The car sat at Frankens for two weeks with out them being able to fix the car. Now my mother has a car that has so much wrong with it & it will cost a fortune to have the VW dealer make it right.
