Should be called Dave and Busted because half of the arcade games are broken... we flagged down the technician 6 times during our visit because the games were malfunction after we tapped our cards. The food and drinks were surprisingly pretty good for bar food. I got the spinach and cheese dip with tortilla chips, and the funnel fries. I enjoyed both!m after a few hours of games. The service, however, was terrible. We got up multiple times looking for a severer to take our order. They kept saying they would come but never did. We received little to no service during our meal. They should close this place for a full renovation or put more money into game maintenance. I am hesitant to come back here again anytime soon. read more

Dave & Buster's worked for a quick bite. My son loves the All-American Smashed Burger, and the portions are usually reasonable. We've been twice. On the first visit I had the Stacked Steak Bowl and enjoyed it. On the second, my son repeated the burger and I tried the Southwest Salmon Bowl. Ambience is sporty and seating is comfortable when it isn't crowded. I can't speak to the games since we only came to eat. Service is inconsistent. The first visit was smooth; the second time our server was largely inattentive. The menu photo promised a thick, generous cut of salmon that stretched across the bowl. What arrived was about two-thirds the size, thinner, and cut differently. The menu fish covered the bowl; mine barely covered the rice. The taste was fine, but the portion felt like a different dish from the one advertised. More cameo than entrée, if you ask me. Two stars for false advertising. The salmon was the smallest entrée I've seen. Felt like they split one piece of salmon between us and the next table. If you want to leave full, order the burger. read more

Have been here with my family before and decided to go yesterday as this location had been fine in the past. Oh boy, did we regret it. Went here and about 60% of the machines were BROKEN and not paying out the correct amount of tickets, or not paying out anything at all. We told and shown the staff many times and so have other people and they proceed to make you wait 15 minutes to give you the extra coupons they owe you, and they will NOT FIX THE MACHINE knowing that it's BROKEN. So others are being scammed for probably thousands of dollars total per day at this location. What a joke. this is the worst arcade experience ever, please save yourself and take your buisness elsewhere. You guys lost a family that spends hundreds each time we attend. I go here quite often because my autistic client love to play games here. It's a fun time but it's usually pretty crowded. Half the games are often out of service, and if they're not, they break down as you're playing (especially the bowling one!) and it's hard to find an attendant to help. It's too expensive to be dealing with games that are constantly down or missing pieces (skee-ball or basketball games only having a couple balls, etc) This weekend was the first time we actually ate here. We got chicken strips with fries - can't really go wrong with that. And the Hawaiian chicken sandwich, which looked delicious and I was excited for. Except when I took my first bite, guess what! It was half raw!! I spit it out right away - no thank you!! I notified the waitress and she apologized and offered me a new one but I was already put off by this so I asked her to bring me a cheeseburger instead. There was nothing special about the cheeseburger but it was good enough to eat in its entirety. In order to make amends with the situation, I was also not expected to pay for either the chicken sandwich or the burger, so thanks for that. read more

3.5 star experience. I swung by the arcade again after our little coin mishap where the server charged us more coins than we needed. The prize I had my eye on, the Mario Kart plush banana peel, took a sudden hike in ticket price. It was 2000 tickets last month, or at least that's what I jotted down, but now it's sitting at 2500 tickets. That's a whopping 25% increase in just about a month! Not cool! Ended up snagging a Mario Kart turtle shell instead at the same price, which wasn't available before. Thought it could be fun to throw at my partner when he ticks me off. I remember last time when I almost had enough tickets to get the plush in my first visit after hitting a lucky jackpot. Seems like it's gonna be even tougher to redeem stuff with this ticket hike. Still got some tickets left, originally planned to grab some food with it next time, but now I'm regretting I didn't choose the Mario Kart banana peel for my home office floor decor fun. They better not hike it up again when I visit. We went again on half price Wednesday so coins for play are about half price. Not sure if it is already docked on each machine or is it calculated after I tap but most games are 4.2 coins per play. So does that mean it's normally 8.4 on a regular day? Anyway, on to the food! We ordered things we like before like the steak, salmon, and some new items to try like the cobb salad and Hawaiian sandwich. Gotta say, everything tasted pretty good. However, my partner was disappointed that they didn't give enough fries and really hindered his experience in his words "they could've given a few more fries." Because of that skimpiness (his plate look kinda empty), I think it's more a 3 star experience for him. My cobb salad was more generous so he could fill up by polishing the rest of my meal. Oh, and the Hippo machine? It's finally back in action since the last time I was here. Came here to celebrate a birthday with a group of adults. The first thing I noticed was the abundance of smokers loitering around the entrance. I get it, it's a social atmosphere but they were crowding the entrance. You purchase credits to play the games but if you haven't been there before you don't have any benchmark for how far x number of credits will take you. The employee at the register provided a recommendation to us based on the amount of time that it would last for, which was an hour. If you're with a group, you can get multiple cards at a bit of a discount. The next area past cash was the restaurant/bar. A lot of it was closed off and there were very few parties there despite being a Friday night. They also have some private rooms in this area if you're looking to book one out for a party. Finally you arrive at where the games are. There's a walk up bar here. The drinks are somewhat limited and you have to order from the menu. There is limited seating at the bar on stools and a few tables. One very distinct feature of this area was how much it smelled like a bar. You're allowed to carry your drink with you so there are tables where you can set your drink down while you play a game. They have some games featuring movies (Kung Fu Panda, Alien, Jurassic Park) or other game franchises (Halo, Mario). They had your standard shooters, rhythm games, sports games, and games or luck and chance. The more interesting games I saw included the Hungry Hungry Hippos game where full sized adults sat on a hippo and gobbled up balls. Unfortunately this game was super short and ended in a minute. Another cool one was a team game where you threw balls at targets on a screen based on some sort of scenario. This one was pretty popular. I'd only ever come here if I was asked to and because I have a card with some credit on it lol. I'd prefer Playdium over this. Instead of just kids, you get kids and drunkish adults. Meh. read more

It's a fun time with friends and family here if you like games. I come here mainly for the games once in a while and never really had their food, so can't comment on that sector. However, I find myself here once in a blue moon if i'm feeling like some competitive games with my friends. They have a variety of games for you play with in groups like Mario Kart, basketball, racing games and other team games. They use a card system where you have to pay in advance and your tickets that you win go directly onto your card rather than the physical tickets we use to get when we were younger. It's always fun here and you can find people of all ages running around having a great time as well. They have huge spaces and private rooms where you can host parties/ birthdays if you'd like. They also have a bar area right in the middle of the games section so if you're ever thirsty while playing your games you know where to go. I've never traded in my points for prizes yet, but they also have a prize area to see what you can get. Come here if you're looking for something to do in the area. I went here because I was excited to see the UFC fight. The service throughout the night was mediocre at best and finally when I went to order a last drink and pay the bill, my bartender was no where to be found. I asked another bartender for the drink and tab. He brought the drink and never brought the tab. About 10 mins later, I asked that bartender for my tab again and he completely ignored me and so did the manager who walked by closely after him. I know they heard me because the people next to me heard me say "excuse me." The worst part of the whole night was that I purposely went there to watch the UFC fight and right after the fight was over, they shut off all the TV screens and we were not able to see the decision. Came here on the day of the storm. When we arrive the reception area sold the Power cards to play in the Midway. There was a lineup to purchase cards. If you are new to Dave N Busters you must purchase a power card to play games. My group purchased the multi player deal where you purchase 4 + cards at a discounted rate. $60 for 500 chips vs $75 for 550 chips if you purchase individually. There's a $3 activation fee for new cards. 7 cards and it came up to $470. Wowsers!!! The midway has games for all ages. Some games will reward tickets while the arcade games do not. I found some of the driving games are dated and need to be replaced. The classic basketball games used to have hoops that move back and forth. Looks like they replaced them with nets that are fixed position. Not as challenging but overall fun if you're a basketball fan. They also have the long distance shooting basketball game as well. There are 2 ways to order. You can scan the QR code on your table to place your order or you can wait for a server to take your order. We ordered 2 Bud light draft beer tubes 100 oz at $36.49 each. It's equivalent to 2 pitchers of beers. Glasses were chilled in freezer to keep your beer ice cold. Now for the food. We ordered 2 orders of chicken wings $15.95 + $1.99 to add fries. We got one spicy korean and one honey bourbon. Wings were breaded and tossed in the sauce. Fries, carrots and celery are served on the side with bleu cheese or ranch dip. Wings were good for sports bar and no complaints here. Fries looks to be the frozen McCain style superfries. The Korean sticky ribs were my favourite. Pork back ribs seemed to be lightly fried with spicy korean sauce, sesame seeds and green onions. Ribs were cooked perfectly and had a nice light crunchy texture. We loved it so much we ordered it again. Next dish cantina nachos $15.95 served with ancho chile chicken served with sour cream, salsa and guacamole. The chips were served in a baked tray and loaded with toppings. This was also a fan favourite as well. We also ordered the Dangerous waters island punch $12.99 which was mixture of Malibu coconut rum, blue curacoa pineapple juice, scratch sour mix and served with a slice of pineapple garnish. Great tasting drink a bit pricey but nice presentation. Overall the experience was positive. There was a short power failure due to the storm and the staff provided prompt communication regarding the situation. The games were restarted in about 10 minutes. The PA speaker was really loud and really bothered my ears. They should adjust the volume so it doesn't blow our ear drums. We spent about $800 for food and games. Very expensive outing to celebrate a birthday. We could have purchase smaller denomination power cards but we were buying them for the next visit as well. I still had about 380 chips left after playing for 2 hours. Games are half price on Wednesdays if you are looking to get the most out of your chips. read more

Good - Not Great. This is a great place to party if you're looking for drunk entertainment and average food. Unfortunately in terms of quality, over the years the games haven't really improved. I've been 5+ times, and there hasn't been a single time I've went where there wasn't at least a few machines broken. This is a bad sign. Fortunately, for stuff like pool (the table game), the simulated driving range, and basketball/football throw-em games this place is clutch. Unfortunately however some of the best arcade games and token games are broken or have a habit of breaking down. The return-on-investment for tokens to prizes is kind of a joke, as alot of the stuff you can buy at amazon for less than $20 bucks, but will have a hard time spending less then $100 on to earn the equivalency in tokens. I can't really comment on the food since I didn't have anything here. Dave and Busters is a pretty good place to hang out with friends. They have discounted cards if you buy 4 at a time. Drinks are a bit on the pricey side ~10. There is also a pool hall when you can rent out a set for $15. The arcade is pretty big with a large selection of games. They're your standard dancing games, shooting games and racing games. There are a lot of games you can play against your friends as well. When we went there were a few games out of order which was pretty disappointing. Other games like the table hockey had no pucks. Although it's a bit pricey, it's still a lot of fun. I hope more games are actually working the next time I come back though. read more

This was a major disappointment. The chicken was over cooked, dry and bitter! The fries that came with the slider were stone cold and the room was drafty and wide open. The chairs are metal and very uncomfortable. The music was loud and raucous and definitely not for dining. The staff were terse and abrupt and certainly not welcoming. We met another family here on a Sunday afternoon to hand out for a bit. Having been here a number of times, there are a number of areas to hang, such as the sports bar area, and restaurants including the one in the open area of the arcade. You will spend money here, but think about the massive square footage and costs to run the space. So for the games alone we spend about 46 for 60 tokens on one and 170 on the other. The token amounts appear random, some as high as 18 for a sit down shooter and fluctuating at the virtual coupon games. Have to admit the majority of games are pretty mindless fun and shiney, such as Crossy road, monopoly and wheel if fortune. With fresh takes on vintage stylings of Packman and Soace Invaders. Hanging out and racing games are cool and a blast. Sure some games were not working, such as Rock Em Sock Em, but oh well no biggie. Food here? Not sure that should be a first choice, but expect the usual fare. The group of us decided on a platter of items as pigz in a blanket, squished tater tots and chewy pretzel pizza things. Please don't ask how.much that was ($29,00). Oh well, sodium, carbz and fats go well with a flat beer and funky video games. At the end, if you have 500 tokens you can. Get a lollypop! So bring the kids on a cold weekend after for a good time, but expect to spend about $100ish all in. read more

I bring my kids to Dave and Buster almost every 1-2 months. It's has been great every time. We get the play card from Perkopolis, $37 for 300 credits. We then would purchase food items and super charge the card. We came again on Wednesday, and it was half play! Kids were happy, I was happy as our credits lasted longer! Food usually is much better when we come on weekends. Tonight the food was just so so.. we ordered the lettuce wrap, the mini burgers and chicken strips plus the nachos trio. The mini burger buns was a bit soggy at the bottom. The lettuce wrap was good, but compared to the last time I had it here, it could be better. The prizes that kids can exchange is amazing. They have lots of good quality prizes , not dollar store quality. At least there were authentic Pokémon cards, and fingerling dolls, head phones, they had shopkins... my kids love it. Service could be better if they had more staff attending the tables . Usually we have to wait a while to get the server, and even to get our bills. We always have to "look" out for a server. But the staff do come by at times to ask how we are doing. Sometimes they are pretty good with service, sometimes not so much. Depends on who you get. I still gave a 4 star because every time we come, even though the service is slow at time, the kids have fun and likes the food, so as parents I'm happy. And one staff that used to work at the prize center, he was very nice. We see him every time we go and , he would chat with us and made it very welcoming, but I haven't seen him for a while though. Came here recently for my cousin's birthday and sat in the party room which had black table cloth and was decorated decently for a place like this. We ordered drinks and a bunch of apps that came out first. Most of us ordered the fresh strawberry puree lemonade and it was delicious. First of all my salmon was over cooked which I hate, secondly my salmon was burnt on the outside a bit. Thirdly the noodles tasted as if it went bad and had a sour taste that was not lemon juice unless they squeezed some on to mask the taste. I took one or two bites of the zoodles and left the rest. Everything on my main dish was bland and tasteless. I forced myself to finish the salmon because it was such a waste to leave it. My brothers girl friend and the girl sitting next to me also thought the salmon was over cooked and dry. My brothers fried chicken in his burger was also very dry, the item that saved his meal was his tater tots...... I walked by the kitchen and it looked like a mess and the employees looked like they were slacking off. It definitely reflected in our meal. . Games were okay. I always love visiting Dave and Buster's, it's a great place for a family night out or a date night! They have games for all ages, it definitely takes the inner child out of you! It is one of my favourite places to eat & play! Delicious food + fun is the best, right?! At the restaurant inside, we tried the pepperoni pretzel pull-apart and it was just like pizza, very cheesy! While waiting for the food to be served, you are welcomed to hop back and forth between the eating area and the arcade. You can play while you wait! There is also a wide variety of arcade games. My favourite game where you can quickly earn a lot of tickets is the big jackpot wheels. Although many of the large prizes that can be redeemed at the end require a lot of tickets, it's not always about the prizes, many great memories are also made while playing the arcade games! read more

It was relatively busy but there were a lot of options to pick from. I like it how this chain targeted different age groups (teens+). Some games were fun and some were ok. The games were pretty fun, especially when you had someone to play with, doesn't look like they even get sanitized often even when we are in COVID times... The manager I presume was walking around to see if everything was ok and he's honestly the best thing to happen to this place because I don't get the same courtesy from anyone else. He's a gem. I did not know how to order food or drinks, did I have to go to the bar or just sit at a random table? I asked one of the servers because I needed a drink and I didn't understand how everything worked and she was being extremely rude to me. Her name tag said Kerry but the receipt said Kerron. So I ordered a drink from her and decided that I might as well have a bite to eat, when she realized that we were going to be actual customers she began to be polite or so I thought.. She rarely came by to check up on our table, just gave off negative energy overall. I ordered a bruschetta cuz I wanted to try it out and when I asked her for her opinion on it she said that she has never tried it. So I tried it. The presentation was really nice, I appreciate that but once I cut into the Mozza, it oozed out with fluid and bits of what I presume are curds? I wasn't aware of that was normal so I had to call her over and ask. I said, "Sorry, but I wasn't sure if this was supposed to look like that?" and proceeded to press down on the cheese to show her and she looked at me and said, "it's cheese" with a straight face. It made me feel extremely stupid in front of my peers and really did worry me because I have never had cheese that oozed. Kids meal: bus boy spilled half of the fries on his tray which was ok because he seems pretty new. There were 3-4 pieces of chicken fingers and it's literally the size of an adults thumb. Which they am charge like 8.99 on this. Complete rip off. The beef and shrimp pasta has too much sauce, pasta over cooks and the beef is chewy. Smash burger and rib was what pissed me off the most. Beef slider was dry, bun was cold and soggy at the bottom. Guarantee they reused it and out it back into our plate. I have asked my server to return it and remake. There were also no cheese and sauce. It took me 20 mins to get my server as he was wondering around. Manager who bought out the replacement sliders didn't even apologize. The bbq sauce on my ribs were chunky. Basically not a smooth bbq sauce. Looks like it's a reheated sauce from last night. Advise to yelpers. Go to ikea across the street and eat. Just spend your money in the arcade. Don't bother eating there. Their restaurant is worst then most fast food. read more
