JUNE 18 6:47 PM.Called the emergency number after 6 weeks waiting for work to be done. I explained to Dave that our house was over 30 degrees. My 66 year old wife was having heat problems. Dave reply was he would not come not over as he was watching the grandkids with his wife. Guess she was incapable. My Wife had a bad night but all ok now. Disgusting service, that did not end there. If my wife had had a bad reaction this could have ended up in court or worse.
JUNE 16. Called no answer. No return call.
JUNE 1st. Called and told they would come, maybe, by end of next week. No show . It is June 21st today. Still waiting.
MAY 24th We had called for 3 weeks before this,, every 4 or 5 days,, no answer. We were confused as we had been renting a water heater from them for over 3 years, paid perfect, never late. We got along great with the boys, Daves kids. With my over 50 years in business, always dealing with customers, where customer were everything,,we thought maybe there was a family emergency for them . We were concerned. We like Daves kids.
So anyway, Daves kid finally called after 3 weeks and said the Parents were gone back east, and he had not checked the messages on there business phone.??? ( For 3 Weeks) WE were worried for the boys that there might have been a death in the family. What other reason to ignore customers calls for 3 WEEKS . For me this was unheard of. How can one do business, not answering or checking the only business phoneline . When Daves son finally called, he said he would be over that week, or early next week, we were so happy. No reason to doubt his word.. He was a no show. That is after 3 weeks of waiting already.
Waiting and waiting, nothing. Weeks. Never been so disrespected from a business in 50 years. ( I opened a business where three others went bankrupt doing the same thing I was about to do). I tripled my business in size, winning best in the City 3/7 years. I loved my customers and knew how important they were. And then there is just human decency. This has been so stressful. I am 71. We like people . I was a piano player for years as a youth, before getting into another great business,,, never fired, never late, booked full time for years. 20 years. Drove a Cadillac Convertable. No crimes, no impaired, just good business.Then another 30 as a restaurantuer with 3 restaurants, award winning.. Best to all of you and beware of this company.
