I saw this provider 5 years ago and they provided me a diagnosis. I needed them to fill out…read morepaperwork regarding that diagnosis for the federal government. The counselor told me I needed to be "active" and have 8 sessions to do so. After these 8 sessions, and they got paid from my insurance company, the counselor told me they cannot fill out the paperwork. So, the counselor made certain representations and misled me. The counselor now causing me further duress, anxiety, depression, and PTSD. In addition to this nefarious malfeasance, the counselor tells me I need to go look for yet, another provider for what I need. All of which is contrary to what he told me 2 months ago, back in December, and after they got paid for 8 sessions. I am going to bring down the power and enforcement of The NYS Office of Mental Health, The NYS Education Department, The NYS Justice Center for the Protection of People with Special Needs, The NYS Department of Financial Services, and The NYS Office of Professional Medical Conduct on Alssaro Counseling Services.

I had an instant connection with her and can anticipate that I will have a lot of self growth with some more sessions.
