When I was 19 years old I owned a 1966 chrysler 300 383 big block. This 2006 is 40 years it's grandson, and I love this car. The car was taken to Inter-Tech Collision in Red Oak Iowa. I was very nervous about the car being in someone elses hands. However, I found this not to be the case. Gary Gawryluk and Mollee Lunkwitz were very friendly and professional. My car was taken very well care of. Gary and Mollee seem to practice "old school" service (customer first) a rare thing indeed these days of the all mighty dollar ruling all. They kept me informed and addressed all my issues above and beyond. The car looks great and the repairs are above standard. I will be returning to Inter-Tech for any and all of my vehicle needs. Just sharing a review of J&M Autobody out of Portsmouth, IA. I called 3 weeks after the body shop…read moretold Tony he'd have an estimate to fix body damage to his classic car. Tony, as my witness, I just asked the owner when he'd have it so we'd have an idea if insurance would cover. His response was "Im the boss and you are going to have to just deal with it." Ok...two weeks later we get the estimate insurance made up and written on there the owner put "No longer interested in fixing this car thank your wife." He also sent the check that insurance sent to him written void. I only spoke to the owner two times during this. Once trying to get information and share what our agent said about the alleged $17k full car paint job he told tony would not be covered and then again on when we should expect the estimate from him. He was very rude and demoralizing both times to me.
