When removing much of the trim work to paint, they broke many pieces and charged me to replace them. He stained them and they came out completely different in color. If I hadn't had said anything, he would have let it go. The paint was sub par, you could see many of the roller marks. The transitions put in place on the floor are horrible. Straight cuts without evening trying to blend it in. The front door was left bare where bottom meets floor. He put caulking down to "fix" it. That is not how you properly fix it. He left some spots on the floor uneven and my floor sinks a little bit in more than one spot. Save your money for someone who cares about their work. His price was right where the other contractors prices were.
