I told her I would like them back in three days and she just laughed in my face. I was confused on why she would even ask me when I needed them. She asked me for my phone number and told me she would call me when they were finished. She would try to get them finished in 5 days. Fast forward to two weeks later. I still haven't received a call. I give the business a call. I state that I dropped off two shirt two weeks ago and have yet to receive a call that they are done and ready for pick up. The women then tells me that "it's not our responsibility to call customers and let them know their items are ready." Ummm, what? I remind her that she told me to give her my number for a call when she was done. She then argued with me over the phone, "I dont know what you think you heard but we have never called customers and reminded them about their orders." Like honestly.... this started out as a simple call. Me just asking if my shirts were done. It turned into this little old lady being rude to me not only once, but twice! I can look past one rude experience, people have bad days. But this was honestly super unprofessional.
