I have been to Dave's several times, it is a quiet country gun shop. If you have time you should stop by and visit, look around, maybe even buy something. Oh, if your in a hurry or have to drive along way, I recommend calling ahead. If i was in there shoes and had nothing going on in the store, and i owned the place i would consider leaving early too. Closed for business during normal business hours on a weekday. The website as well as a sign on the front door list the scattered times this business is supposed to be open. They're apparently estimates. Mr. Dave was aiming to be open, but he missed the mark this time. Maybe I'll give it another shot again some day, but if you're thinking driving out to the country for nothing would be a frustrating endeavor, you're right on target. read more

Have purchased several different guns from Dave. He is very knowledgeable and I have always been satisfied. Call before going and he does have a life away from the store. A great choice of firearms and reloading supplies. Dave is a straight shooter and I will be back to give him my business. read more
