They are an excellent company and very proud of the work they do. i have called them over 30 times in the past 5 years and they have always shown up the day I call, usually within an hour. I have two young children and when our unit is having issues they have the unit running well before our house is hot. He is very price conscious and wanted to provide the best replacement option for my specific situation. He recommended new equipment that would be an energy improvement over the prior system, but was not too expensive. He talked me through all of the technical details, so I understood what I was buying. He answered all of my technical questions and went into the attic with me to explain all of the components in detail, even though the temperature was likely +110F and we were sweating our butts off. I'm an engineer who deals with industrial refrigeration systems, so I like to geek out about this stuff. I enjoyed talking with David and he likes the technical details as well. David and his team were on time and courteous during the install. He gave me a follow-up call a couple days after the installation just to make sure everything was still working great. After the installation was complete, I measured the energy usage to be 25% less than the old system, which was what he said the new equipment would achieve. David gained my trust throughout the job and I plan on using him again.

Our furnace went out Wednesday morning. The last company we used to address furnace issues were…read moreunavailable. So, we got two referrals from my husband's colleagues. I called both on Wednesday afternoon. Adam of AA heating and air conditioning was the first one to call me back. Adam came to our house the next morning, diagnosed the problem, ordered the part (circuit board). He came back with the part later in the afternoon. Since our furnace is old, the old part isn't manufactured anymore, and the new part needs to be wired differently. It took him quite a while and he even called one of his technicians Blake to come help. They got it to work. At one point, concerned it's getting late, and he most likely had not had dinner, I suggested he call it quit and come back another time to finish. He insisted on getting it done, saying the weather is getting cold, we'd need the heat. I'm so impressed with his expertise and dedication, his sense of responsibility to his customers. He didn't even charge for the extra time he spent, just a regular service call plus the part's cost. We are beyond satisfied with his service and will from now on use his service for our future work needs and also recommend him to our friends.

Having a problem with a super noisy air conditioner just before a holiday weekend. One of the…read more ladies on the Neighborhood site recommended Mr. Pete for his good work and reasonable prices. Even though it was busy, he sent his technician Craig out within 3 hours of my call. My condenser needed a new electrical part and an undamaged circuit. Craig and his helper put both parts in the condenser, checked everything else out and gave me a very reasonable price to fix the problem. They were friendly and efficient and had fixed the ac within 30 minutes. What a relief! Friendly service at a good price. I will call them again, and be able to recommend them to other homeowners.
