Found the problem and fixed it. No attempts to upsale or overprice the estimate. It was simply that the tentants dog chewed the wires outside. They also checked the Freon while there. I was ready to get a huge estimate. It was less than $175 to fix it. I'm happy. I'll use them and recommend them.
