Dr. Jones helped me tremendously with back pain I had been dealing with for over a decade. The pain escalated in May 2025, and after seeing a surgeon and going through physical therapy, a chiropractor felt like my last option. When I first went to the office in May, I was greeted warmly and had my evaluation done. Dr. Jones reviewed my X-rays and explained his findings. He was upfront that the office does not file insurance, but he stated that they provide all the documentation necessary for patients to file claims themselves. He also reviewed the treatment plan and total cost. Because I had already spoken with my insurance company and understood what would be covered, I chose to pay for the treatment plan upfront. I was also told that I could not file my insurance claim until the prepaid treatments were completed. In September 2025, after completing those treatments, I filed my insurance claim. Since then, I have been going back and forth with my insurance company because they requested documentation showing that the treatment was medically necessary. Unfortunately, the documentation provided by the office was not sufficient for them to determine medical necessity. After reviewing the records myself, I understand why. The "progress notes" provided were essentially computer-generated summaries based on the answers I entered during the check-in questionnaire, rather than detailed clinical notes documenting the medical necessity of the treatments. My insurance company contacted Dr. Jones' office multiple times, never receiving adequate records. Eventually, they requested a peer-to-peer review, which simply required Dr. Jones to speak directly with the insurance provider to clarify the medical necessity of the care. On Monday, March 2, I contacted the office to let them know that the insurance company needed this call. When I went in for my appointment, after receiving my adjustment, I was informed that Dr. Jones would not do the peer-to-peer review. At that point it became clear that I had not actually been given everything necessary to successfully file my insurance, despite being told that I would be. As a result, I am now out over $3,000, money I was counting on receiving partial reimbursement for through my insurance. What was most frustrating is that the office quickly wrote me a check for the remaining prepaid appointments (about $1,100) after I was told that the second phase of treatment would require weekly adjustments for the next year. While it may be easy for a business to write a refund check, most people cannot easily absorb thousands of dollars in unexpected medical costs. I trusted that the office would follow through on what was explained to me at the beginning. If I had been told upfront that the doctor would not communicate with insurance at all, even for a peer-to-peer review, that would have been a major red flag , and I would have chosen a different provider. I'm sharing this so others can make an informed decision and avoid ending up in the same situation.

If you want your boat back in worse shape than when you turned it over, then these are your guys…read more Had them quote some engine work and some rather routine boating maintenance chores -- I was told they "had a relationship with Deep Creek Marina" so they could do it there. I drove boat over in early November. Sat there for 2 months supposedly "waiting on parts". Got a call from Deep Creek saying over $3000 worth of storage charges were due -- so they really didn't have much of a relationship with Deep Creek. After much ado, they agreed to pay the storage charges since they had never mentioned anything about that -- speaking of which the boat was stored outside in the elements for all two months -- all the while, it's about a mile from our house where we have a covered lift. So after storeage was paid I went to get the boat in order to not incur more storage charges. I was told it was drivable -- got it about 100 yards out on the water before it stated sputtering. Was able to get it back to the dock so I could TOW it home. (Keep in mind this is a boat that I DROVE to them). Got it back on our lift and go to open the engine compartment -- the actuator switch to raise the engine compartment is now not working (another part that was fine when I took the boat in) so cant even raise the engine compartment to look at it. After working this out, we open the compartment to find about a foot of water in the bilge has corroded the bilge pump wires and shorted it out, so now that has to be replaced (another part that was working when the boat was dropped off). Ah, and by the way, the boat still won't run. Bottom line -- I gave them a boat that was running and I get back a boat that's not and then some...... and I'm still out a few thousand dollars. If you're looking for someone that knows boats and actually cares, look elsewhere -- Im 100% sure there are several better options.

Girls in there have terrible customer service, rude with an attitude that they think they are…read morebetter than those of us looking for a job simply because they have a job. I'm an army vet with 17 years experience and you mean to tell me they have absolutely NOTHING in the last 6 months for me? Bullshit. Luckily, while I waited, it only took 3 weeks and I got hired on base full-time making more money than them HA HA, BITCHES. The reason I'm even typing this is because a rude chick there finally called me to offer me a job for a measly 8.50/hour, which i listened to patiently to tell me about the job. When she was done, i explained to her that i already am working and thanks anyway. She then had the nerve to yell at me: well you should have called us and told us! *click* she hung up on me. What a fuckin bitch. I called her back to talk to her supervisor, got the run around for a few minutes, then another chick got on and she was rude and sided with her. Of course. Whatever. I have no idea who the hell they are helping because I am one job qualified mfer and got just 1 call in 5-6 months. When i applied, nobody told me i have to call in every week, they told me they will call me when there is something. They repeated that to me again when i actually did call them the following week after i first applied. Coastal Staffing is a just a building, paying a handful of bitches to sit there not helping or caring about anyone else but themselves. If you are looking for work, I highly suggest you go elsewhere for help because you will most definitely not get it here.
