I decided to take it else where to Sheridan motors for a 2nd opinion and they disagreed on needing a new engine found work needed to be done to the engine which had nothing to do with needing a whole new motor, crazy right? not to mention asking them to cancel my claim since decided to go somewhere else and they took their sweet time 5 days to cancel it . how great. finally I will never go back and do business with them Ever again!!!!

None the less I pulled up to the chevy dealer went to parts and right away this place dropped what they were doin to help me...hmmmm ! small town greetings in a way I guess..the parts guy came out took the vin and did a search on warranty and found out it's still under warranty.....so far I'm blowin away at them helping me right away... Then they asked for the keys put it into the shop and started tests..found a bad hose, put in an over night order for the part and scheduled me in for friday... All free...no charge. :) I'll be here till sunday so that works perfect.... When Chris (a super nice guy!) got here he decided to pull the battery (no simple task...it's one that's partially buried) and sent us to buy a new one while he waited at the house. We returned, he Installed the battery, put everything back together and we were on our way in less than an hour. I should also mention he was at our house 15 minutes after we first called! THE BEST SERVICE AND PEOPLE. I have never walked out of a repair shop feeling good about life,…read moreuntil my unscheduled appointment with Golden Nugget Body & Paint. I had been driving around with a duct-taped side mirror for months; in fear of the cost and time it would take to replace it. I would drive a few miles; the mirror would fall off (dangling by its wires) and I would have to pull over and reattach it. This went on for months. The Toyota dealership had quoted me over $1,000 dollars for replacement of the mirror and service to install it. I ended up purchasing the mirror online, and then just googled the closest auto repair store to install it. Golden Nugget Body & Paint popped up, so I swung by there during my break to see if I could schedule an appointment to have the online ordered mirror (which did not match in color) installed. The general manager, Dustin Jensen, said "I'll do it right now" and had it ALL DONE in twenty minutes! Not only was the service quick, but he even removed the cover of the new mirror and replaced with the undamaged old cover (so it would match the car) AND took the time to remove the adhesive mess left by the duct-tape. It cost me $80 and 20 minutes. Anyhow, I know this is a long review, but for those of us who have been scarred by the auto-repair process, I had to share my experience with this gem of a business.
