Take my advice and look anywhere else. Firm finds ways just to make money and delay your case. Every time we had court he would ask for more time and delay the case. Doesn't get along with any other attorneys and intentionally tries to create conflict when they offer settlements. Out for himself, and the whole law community knows it. Wish they would have told me earlier. Once I fired him and hired a new attorney my case was quickly resolved. They said Dion is known to try and market his firm as a big firm with multiple addresses when he has little to no staff and no other attorneys because no one can stand him. The red flags were there, and I missed them. Hoping this helps anyone else from not falling into his trap. read more

I don't know much about lawyers. In fact, proudly I've never had to hire one in my entire life. My husband -- not so fortunate. He recently got into a bit of legal trouble by skipping court for a traffic violation. He assumed that if the ticket was paid, his license wouldn't be suspended. Not sure if it's standard protocol or if the judge was just a jerk, but he found out when he got pulled over that his license had been suspended. Me, being the smart and wise one of the family advised him he seriously needed to find legal counsel instead of trying to make up an excuse why he missed court. If he didn't get the suspension reversed, he was facing serious trouble on his 2nd ticket since he would have been driving on a suspended license. Mr. Davi was his lawyer. He was wonderful. We showed up for court freaking out and completely scared. Mr Davi was able to get the suspension reversed within about 10 minutes. We were beyond thrilled and forever in debt to him for helping us out when we needed him the most. He was also very nice in letting us make a down payment and paying the rest about a week later. Hopefully, we will never require Mr. Davi's services again, but if we do -- we would definitely look to him again to get us out of another jam. read more

I retained Mr. Davi for a traffic citation. Mr. Davi negotiated for me, what I found interesting was the plea + Mr. Davi's retainer was the same as the fine the state was charging me with. Further, after the state made an error in my favor on the paperwork, in m favor, I could not reach Mr. Davi to: a) advise me on this error; nor b) have his para legal advise me in reasonable fashion. I attempted to contact Mr. Davi several times, with no success regarding this matter. Mr. Davi's assistant / paralegal for some reason provided me with information that directly contradicted the local court's information regarding my case. My advice - look elsewhere. We don't even know where to begin with how fantastic Rina I. was.. Imagine getting ready for the Holidays and just one evening going about your lives and suddenly - almost as if blindsided by a freight train - find yourself being the true victims of somebody you once trusted's scorn and revenge - and scrambling on what to properly do next. Without getting into details for personal as well as professional reasons, think something along the lines of "a crazy person on those Lifetime movies out to get you" (yes, those situations DO HAPPEN). Not knowing what to do or where to turn, we were online the next morning looking for great attorneys. Never having ANY dealings with the law in our lives aside a few traffic violations, we had no recommendations; and were only able to read reviews on a few sites that came up via a search engine - we were led to DAVI LAW and were recommended "Rina". Within a half hour of our initial phone call, Rina returned our call and spoke with us for upwards of 20 minutes, not even yet being our official attorney. Being nervous wrecks, Rina helped give us some calm just with that initial phone call, and within 48 hours we were able to meet with her in office. She couldn't have been more friendly, down to earth, honest, and straightforward. Throughout our tenure, Rina communicated with us many times - emails, phone calls, even a visit to our house once. We must stress she did not charge for phone calls or emails like some lawyers do, and we felt her pricing was very fair. Each time we spoke with her, we felt a bit calmer and more reassured. As time went on, Rina and ourselves also worked with a colleague of hers named Chuck Rohde who was also equally as kind and professional as well as thorough with communication aspects. We will also leave him the best review possible. Long story short, our holidays of 2016 from Halloween thru New Years were all but ruined aside the kindness and professionalism of Rina. The second week into January 2017, we learned our case had ended as the "plaintiffs" saw they could go no further having had '0' go their way for their side. We are certain Rina (as well as Chuck) had a lot to do with the success of the case. She is professional, friendly, kind, and her prices were fair. I'm not one to do reviews but if I can help anyone its worth it. Worse decision I ever made calling this firm. This firm is unprofessional and Dion is egotistic. He brags himself up more than anyone I have met and can't back up any of it. He refused to listen and thought he do it his own way without the facts. Then blamed the Judge and said the Judge was wrong and just didn't him. He had more excuses everytime I called about my case. The staff wasn't helpful at all and said I needed to talk to him. My billing never made sense and when you try to talk to him about it he bills more. read more

Rina Infelise was our lawyer. We had a unique case that involved a Juvenile Court aspect and a possible Civil fine. We took the case to Rina after we had been ordered to release tax records and bank statements. I trusted the ratings when I hired him. He was very pleasant when I interviewed him. As my case went on, I noticed he doesn't have enough problem solving skill and lacks empathy. You think a lawyer with his experience knows how to handle the court! He was unprepared and was disrespectful to cover his unprofessionalism. I end up changing my lawyer but the damages he had done to my case stayed with me for a long time. Give yourself and your family a favor and don't hire him. I worked with Dion on my divorce/custody case, and later his firm helped me with a traffic incident. I found everyone at Davi law group to be very friendly, very conscientious, and very professional. Dion is a busy guy, for sure, but he took care of me in a timely fashion whenever things were necessary. The reason for only 4 stars? Right at the end of the negotiations on my divorce, we needed to ask for something that we hadn't anticipated having to ask for, but something to which I was entitled (and vice versa for my ex-wife). I explained why I needed this to work, and long story short, we wound up causing a lot of emotional strain for myself and my ex for something that actually made my position worse. Had I been explained the ramifications of what was going to happen, I never would have taken the path I did. We had to go back to court, and re-open the agreements to change it back to what it was. It wasn't that big a deal, ultimately, as my circumstances changed very rapidly, but it was something that, at the time, was very important. I explained that, and Dion, I think, did the best he could to rectify the problem. I never demand perfection, but I do expect someone to fix their mistakes quickly. Dion did. I had a horrible experience with this firm. Turnover of the staff seemed to occur weekly. Everytime I called to get any information it was someone new and they didn't have any idea of my case. My attorney left in the middle of the case from what I understand due to the lack of organization. When I met with Dion Davi he was rude and arrogant and wanted to extend the case further. He was only interested in money and asked for another retainer, not even realizing that I had already paid one. TERRIBLE! Don't waste your time or money with this law group. I worked with Dion and Adam, both were disappointing. When I interviewed them, they told me what I wanted to hear. After hiring the firm, things changed quickly. The case dragged on 1 year longer then they told me and in the end I received 10% of what I was asking for. They gave opposing counsel everything they asked for, asked me multiple times for documents they already had and neglected to inform me of court dates. He was unprepared and disrespectful. Only time I heard from them was when a new bill came out, which I must say I always paid on time. Money not your best interest is #1 to them. This firm was awful to work with. During the few months I worked with this firm the turnover was almost weekly between office staff and attorneys leaving. My case evenuatlly had to go to Attorney Dion who lingered my case to keep billing me. After working with him for a couple weeks I could see why everyone left this firm. He was arrogant, and a jerk to everyone. On one of my court days he had another case and after watching him argue and then try to delay my case again I fired him.
