The day of the appointment, they said I was mistaken, my appointment was at 11:00. I told them no, it was for 10:00 and played their confirming voice message from my iPhone to them . Today, the same thing happened, only my appointment was for 9:30, and they said it was for 10:00. I left. I'm not going back. That is two strikes, and I'm not letting them do this to me again.
