I finally received a call back where I was spoken AT not to and told they had withdrawn from my case with zero contact after walking on egg shells for a year trying to be polite as possible to this firm. I was on the phone crying, pleading with them to let me speak as a human and a mother and I was hung up on twice. I feel defeated after fighting so hard and begging them to help me like they were hired to do. I scraped and saved for two years to pay these people to HELP ME, they took my money and left me and my child still in a broken situation. If you are a single parent and struggling, I am telling you, you nor your children matter at all to these people. Do not give them a dime of your money because they won't even give you a minute of their time.

Unfortunately, the actual cleaning did not match the polished presentation. I hired this company for a deep clean, and the service did not match what was written in the contract. Several areas, like the laundry room, which were specifically included in the contract, were skipped entirely. When I asked them to come back to complete the work they had already been paid for, they told me it would be a "second phase" and would require additional payment. There was never an agreement about "phases", and it is not reasonable to charge extra for work that was already included in the original contract. They also skipped the copper sink completely. Their explanation was that there was a dish in the sink. We were home the entire time, and they could have simply asked us to move it. That alone demonstrates the level of effort and communication they were willing to put in. Cleaning products were used that were not appropriate for the materials in my home. Clorox wipes were used on surfaces that require specific cleaners, which explains why stains and buildup remained afterward. It felt rushed and not thoughtful. The team was friendly, but the quality of the work and the refusal to honor the original agreement were very disappointing. I paid for a deep clean, not a partial job with surprise "phases" added afterward. If you need a true deep clean or someone who understands how to care for different materials, this is not the company I would recommend. This experience taught me that a professional marketing appearance does not always equal professional results.

After receiving a speeding ticket a few months ago ,I contacted Mr. Collins to handle it for me. I asked him if he could give me the best rate, given I had just months earlier been in a horrific fire and hospitalized for almost two weeks. He asked me to please tell him the details. I was reluctant, as I didn't feel there were any possible monies that could be collected off of any ins. policies etc. His words were "please give me the details and let me speak with Mr. Baker" whom he works along side of with much expertise in personal injuries. Again, reluctant I said "ok sure". I went to his office speaking to both of them. Within 4 months they were able to use their expertise in their said field to not only get what we had originally expected, but DOUBLE the amount from a car insurance policy that I had no clue had personal injury liability insurance on it that they were able to collect off of for me. I cannot say enough about the level of satisfaction I received from them and their staff.
