Went to Brett Stanfield for an insurance quote was satisfied with the coverage and quote for cost…read more 2 months went by and we received a postcard in the mail stating an Insurance Group would be calling us within 15 days to do an inspection. 21 days later, they show up unannounced and inspect our home. 10 days later we receive a letter in the mail stating our insurance will be cancelled on 4/28/25 which only gives us 10 business days to correct the problem. I still to this day have not heard one word out of my insurance agent. They have not offered to help us get an extension so we could have repairs made or check on what our status was as far proceeding with coverage. We have moved to another insurance company and are more than happy with them and their welcomed arms to cover our home. We found out you are actually allowed 30 days to make revisions to keep your coverage. We were not.

Not a good experience. 1)Got charged $50.00 just for canceling my policy…read more 2) They let my homeowners policy lapse, even though I was on the phone with them the same month, asking another question about my policy. ( I pay once every year, so the ONE email in January , reminding me that it was due in March, kinda escaped my radar). 3) They never called me back to ask what they could do to help, on top of not reminding me that the yearly fee was due.
