Despite being assured upfront that the services would be covered, I was required to pay in full. Following the procedure, the office failed to coordinate properly with our insurance provider. We have waited over six months for reimbursement, yet less than half of the services have been covered. Each time we follow up, we are met with excuses rather than a resolution. There is always something that they claim we haven't done and that the time passed without payment is our fault. The lack of professionalism and the difficulty we have experienced with this business is unacceptable. Don't waste your time or money.

Dr. Nguyen was the next person in the room and spoke about 5 words to me then left. I am interested in doing Invisalign but they do consultations only on Wednesdays and Fridays with the last appointment being at 4pm. Nothing on Saturdays. That's difficulty for someone who works an 8-5 job and cannot get off. Overall, I was unimpressed with this visit and will be debating with coming back.
