We are selling FRESH 'head-on' shrimp, hand or machine peeled & deveined shrimp, dried shrimp, softshell shrimp (seasonal), squid and frozen headless shrimp. Consumers have an array of sizes to choose from at our dock. Check out what we have to offer in frozen shrimp as we have shrimp all year long. 1.) This is NOT brine IQF shrimp. The shrimp are first chilled at 34°F in iced seawater. They are weighed, bagged, and boxed, and loaded into the 45°F deck freezer aboard the M/V Mariah Jade & M/V Daytin & Destin to be quick-frozen. The process in which we complete these will leave them tasting like they just came out of the water. Once unloaded off of the vessels, they are stored at 10°F and ready for delivery. 2.) Once unloaded on shore, they are placed in a freezer at our facility ready for delivery. 3.) We unload day boats which bring in fresh beautiful Louisiana shrimp. They are placed in a chilled 34°F slush vat (water and ice), loaded on to a conveyor. The shrimp are led through a CO2 tunnel and frozen at a -100°F temperature, bagged, boxed and palletized right in our facility ready for delivery. Established in 2010.

Before 2010, it was a place where you purchased ice and fuel. When we purchased it in October of 2010, we added more diesel and gas tanks, propane tanks, a supply warehouse, 2 more ice machines and shrimp unloading conveyors.

Meet the Business Owner: Kimberly David C.

We have been in the Louisiana shrimp industry for 34 years. Our passion is providing a high quality shrimp to consumers, restaurants, seafood markets and grocery stores. Most of what I do is educate and advocate. We educate those folks that take our Down The Bayou Shrimp Tour on why it is important to read the labels on seafood products and advocate for our industry with our state and federal delegation. 2003 Attended Nicholls University completed the Entrepreneurial Training Series, 2004 LSU completed the HAACP course in Seafood, 2009 Completed the NFI Seafood Leadership program, 2010 Completed the Commercial Fishing Safety Drill Course, 2011 Refresher on the Commercial Fishing Safety Drill Course, 2018 graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business program Delegado, and 2020 graduate of the Louisiana Tourism Leadership Academy
