I found out that Quinn of Lynn insurance, allowed someone to claim my address without proper documentation. I called 5 times at different times and no one answered or called back. I went to the business to speak to someone and the owner approached me with a very rude attitude. I showed his the paperwork and he said I'll look into it. I asked how could this have happened he said I don't know. I said I want it off my house today he said no. Even after showing my I.d. And explaining that I bought my home 5 years ago. He responded with a very rude and condescending tone. I'll call and see if they changed address. I said well who allowed this to happen, he said I don't know. I went back a week later for some kind of update. And the owner wasn't there. I called and he got back to me to tell me he changed it. I asked for some kind of documentation showing it's not registered to my home. He responded saying, "Im not giving you any information". He asked me "what do you think is gonna happen"? I said I don't know I just want it off. He said "Well i can't help you". This is the worst kind of business who just allows anyone to open an insurance policy on randoms addresses and then speak and treat people like it's not a problem. To insist that is not a problem committing insurance frailty is absolutely irresponsible. I'm curious how often they have done this or continued this terrible purposefull habit.
