Per the customer Johana Fuentes own words the house she was sold came with many construction imperfections that were caused by improper construction practices. A patio deck what was improperly water proofed caused thousands in damages. When it was determined that the sewer ejecting system was improperly installed Joe Reichling preceded to intervene by bringing his own contractor and confuse Johana cancel the project at 85% completed. As a small business owner to have a job canceled at 85% is a very devastating business blow. In the next few days Joe continued to text me aggressively to justify the deposit Johana had given me. It is apparent that Joe does not care for the blue collar working man and is just interested in protecting himself and his interests no matter who he steps on.
