In response to your answer to my original review on Google: You have posted absolute lies about what you offered me. You absolutely refused to make and supply matching blinds to my curtains. Please don't lie on a public forum. I can post your rude and aggressive emails to me. Hence I went to another supplier to complete my order (the blinds which I had ordered from you!) You were extremely immature and unhelpful when I refused to accept a mirror which you sourced for me which when it arrived looked nothing like the one I had ordered! I dealt with this at my own expense and with the company you bought it from, who were more than happy to give you a full refund. Because for some reason you did not like this you refused to complete my order of blinds. I asked you to complete the order and you refused. I had to ask you twice because of this!You also refused to tell me where I could buy the matching material. My whole experience with you is one of a bombastic bully who is happy to print lies about me to try and put yourself in a good light. You really should not be working in a customer environment. I am more than happy to publish your rude and immature emails on line!I and many of your other customers who are good friends of mine have seen your responses to my requests from you. There are in Didsbury some wonderful, helpful interior design shops whose owners show genuine customer care and who provide excellent service at reasonable costs.
