When it came time to renew my policy I did not receive the required by law 20 days notice to renew. My policy lapsed unbeknownst to me and during the lapse I had the vet out. Now my claim has been denied and I've had to pay $7,000 in vet bills. On top of all this he blames me and was very rude saying it's all my fault. Total old school office with clear issues in their bookkeeping process, communication with customers about their policy renewals is insufficient, and zero customer service skills.
